Learn World Languages

Seday Academy works directly with schools and academic institutions to enhance student learning and to enhance the student’s interest in language learning. The online courses focus on providing English (ESL), Spanish, French, and Mandarin to students in grades K-12. The online courses can be designed for international schools as well as schools in the U.S.A. To ensure quality we provide professional teachers from the private and public settings that focus on class sizes of 10-15 students (international classes may be sized, 30-50 students).

Public Speaking/ Performing Art/English Literature

Treva Offutt was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and has lived in New York City, Los Angeles, CA, and Auroville, South India. Treva is a visual and performing artist and teacher. Through years of touring, she has had the honor of working with many dynamic dance/theater/music ensembles around the world and has taught workshops and classes across the United States and abroad. Treva began teaching in 1991 and is now in her 12th year directing shows and teaching at Laurel School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Currently, Treva teaches drama and dance for Fifth through Twelfth Grade. In addition to teaching English over the years, she has also focused on Public Speaking and Reading Skills. She is excited to work with all students!


English as a Second Language/English Literature

Elen Roberts holds a B.A. in English & Political Science from Notre Dame de Namur University, Master's in Education from National University, and a TESOL certification.  Over the past 11 years of her teaching career, Elen has taught in California, Washington D.C., Taiwan, and Cleveland, Ohio.  Though she is a California native, Elen loves living in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband, son, and two dogs.  When she is not teaching, she loves spending time with her friends and family, exploring the outdoors with her son, and watching movies. 


K-5 English specialist

Hello,friends, this is  Ms.Dusek. It's so exciting to be a part of your English learning experience. A few things about me is that I do live in Ohio, in the United States. I have five people in my family, and I currently live with them In Ohio. I have my brother, my sister, and they are both younger than me. So I am the oldest. And then I live with my mom and my dad. Just some other fun facts about me are that I love to go outside. I love to bake. I love to read, and overall, I'd just like to hang out with my friends and family. I am so excited to get to know all of you this summer and let's make it a great one. See you soon.


K-6 English Reading specialist
Suzanne Hardin has been teaching in public and private elementary schools in the United States for over 30 years. She has taught every grade from kindergarten to sixth grade. The majority of her experience has been teaching kindergarten, first and second grades at The Miami Valley School in Dayton, OH. Suzy has a master's degree in teaching of reading and a certificate of specialized instruction in Reading Recovery, a focused instruction in improving reading for struggling readers. She loves exploring new picture books to read aloud to young students. Suzy also loves teaching math using hands-on materials.  Suzy has also written educational testing materials for standardized testing.
English/Spainish/Franch as a Second Language

Sara Swift has been an elementary school teacher for 17 years. She has worked in private schools in Massachusetts, New York, and Ohio. She spent several years teaching language arts, math, and social studies in a 3rd-grade classroom, a 4th-grade classroom, and a combined 3 & 4th-grade classroom. She also taught math and science curriculum in a 5th-grade classroom. Currently, she is teaching elementary Spanish to students in Prekindergarten through 5th grade at the Miami Valley School in Dayton, Ohio. She does not only speak English, Spanish, she also speaks Franch. She is passionate about teaching and loves supporting students of all ages.
